Yeehaar! JonaPullsit  whatever happened to the good intentions in your apology-caek PMs to me? Have you forgotten your 'good internet friend' already?

You're cruisin' for a bruisin' kiddo.

This is our place, our rules, if you don't like them you really don't have to stay here. Rly!

Yesterday you were complaining that I'd spoiled your mood for the day; keep on like this and you're likely to have a pretty sad weekend - although perhaps you don't spend your time on forums when you are not at work. You do know IBM is laying people off all over the world, don't you? You must also know that large computer companies are very likely to be tracking internet usage at work? I think you're in for some tough life lessons over the next couple of years.
Hehe, yes I was aware of IBM laying people off, not me though, for now. Tongue Anyways, I did apologize for my crappy spelling and grammar, but it just continued on and on, and look at it now. Yeah I cant spell. Yeah I'm shit. Yeah I'm not awesome, but come on, enough is enough. This is just going on and on. I'm over it, I'm sure every one else is. *Sings: Why can't we be friends, why can't we be friends* Smiley
I'm doing my hardest to keep the Grammar Nazi's out there happy, but now it's just blown way out of the water. I've said I'll try. Shit, if that's not good enough what is 'Oh, Awesome Ones'? Tongue
Thank you witch for your kind reply, kindness goes along way, and is more noticed.

Not to mention, S-M-R-T people that work for big multi-nationals (such as myself) aren't stupid enough to post which multi-national they work for when they do manage to slack off on MATY from work...because it's like a red rag to a bull for the filter bots and then you're basically posting public evidence of being a slack-ass on the company dime.
As advised by my manager, he has no problems with us surfing the net, MSNing and what not, while at work/doing work. With what I do, sitting there doing sweet FA comes with the role. We have a lot of scripts and applications that do the work for us, so while waiting for those to do their job, we surf the net and go for breaks etc.

I find that offensive. Are people with dyslexia or other learning abilities not allowed to post here?
Cheers Nick. But I wouldn't bother wasting your breath with these insensitive/immature pricks. This is all so pretty pathetic. they started this war with me. I'm happy to have the bullets (pun) fired at me. Call me what ever names you like, and abuse me all you like. In the end... Meh. I've stated my case, and my ability to not spell that well. If by picking the shit of it me and others makes you feel better or more "awesome" than the rest of us good for you. I'm not going to lose any sleep over you jerks. Smiley

I think as long as a post is readable that's all that matters, this isn't an examination it's a forum.
Mmm, that was my understand too. I've I mentioned that I'm a shit speller and all that seems to have happened is I've been laughed at. The kind of pointing and laughing you tell your children off for doing when their see a retarded person down the street. Pathetic I think.

And... Meh. Good day, Donk.
5  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Choosing Sex of Babies on: 2009 May 29, 06:00:56
I keep forgetting about them mostly since the sims 2 ones were awful.  Do they actually teach the toddlers to talk and walk or do you have to do that still?
I thought this myself and tried/tested it. I hired the babysitter before teaching them anything, and after a few sim days/week of watching (playing Epic gave me the chance to, if it failed to correct it, as follows...) I ended up having the mother quit her job to stay home and teach them. Some of the "Teach to" came up in the wish panel, so that was a 'bonus'. From the look of it, the babysitter doesn't teach them, eg. They only change their nappies, instead of taking them to the potty. That's just my test. The babysitter is a lot better than in TS2 though in other regards, I feel anyway.

...Also, you might want to check my post count...
...
Who else but a grade 1 snowflake comes to a site and makes grandiose statements about how long it is willing to wait for its haxxors, while both claiming they are indispensable and at the same time being unable to remember what they are called.
"Also, you might want to check my post count," Some one has to start somewhere, correct?
"grandiose statements about how long it is willing to wait for its haxxors" Where are these "statements"?
"being unable to remember what they are called." Unable to remember what, what is called? :s

Yo, JonaBullshit, I have a newsflash for you:  NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU. But thanks for adding another piece of evidence to my growing pile. I am utterly backing you for Miss Sheeple.
Lulz, I love the name calling, so mature. Add it to your pile, good for you.
I know that MATY has its grammar and spelling rules, and that people have been slipping up (ME included).
I was simply making a comment at this being directed at me based off the posts in one of the other threads and not taking it to heart keeping a smile on my face. Gees!
Smile.

I think you mean duly noted.  Roll Eyes
Lulz. Now I've put my foot in it. But, It's something I have learned for today. I think that's the first time I have had to write it. I don't use the "Old Vocabulary", nor the New one I guess. Hehe.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Important notice from the GRAMMAR POLICE. Plz read. This means you. on: 2009 May 29, 04:23:03
I'm guessing, this is somewhat pointed at me? Smiley
EDIT: Duly noted. Just like Santa, I'll be checking my posts twice, three, four or more times.
I'll also ask my mom to read over it too. Hehe.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Choosing Sex of Babies on: 2009 May 29, 02:32:55
Gender in TS3 appears to be somewhat more controllable than in TS2: There's a cheesecake effect at work. Eating foods containing "watermelon" increases the chance of females, eating foods containing "apple" increases males.
I never got the Prima Guide for TS2, and heard about the "Cheese Cake Twins" from here (MATY). My question to any one with the Prima Guide for TS2: Was, 'how to have twins' mentioned in the guide?
Because without having the awesomeness that Pes has, how would your Average Joe now that by eating Apples and Watermelon would determine the sex of the baby in TS3?
12  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE HORROR: The REAL TS3 Scoop As It Unfolds on: 2009 May 28, 05:35:12
What were the traits of the two sims?  Perhaps one had traits that made money even more desirable?
This is true, one of my Sims has a trait that makes wishes be more rewarding, I believe it is the Yellow Shooting star one, starts with 'A' I believe. This sim above might have that trait?
13  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Technical problems with THE HORROR: downloading, installing, and running it on: 2009 May 28, 03:24:46
I hate that I'm missing out on being able to play before the release date. But after buying a new psu and replacing my old case with a new Antec Nine Hundred, it's still crashing a few minutes in. I think it could be because I'm using stock thermal compound on both my video card and processor, so I ordered some Arctic Silver 5, but that won't be here until Monday. I thought changing my case, buying a new power supply and installing a VGA cooler would be enough, but I guess not. But now my computer is even crashing on Guild Wars (that's never happened before) so apparently whatever's wrong, it's getting worse.
Have you tried running Everest on your PC, to check what all hardware temps are, and recording them down? That would be my best bet, to see if it is heat related.
Grab a copy of it from some where, Install it, and start recording the information, then play Sims or Guild Wars, and then when it crashes, or stuffs up... You can go back to it, and see if its a heat issue, records by the software.

But like malianx said, it might be a RAM or HDD thing. See how you go, and let us know? Happy to help, or try to :S
14  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: TSR has already a Workshop for CC... on: 2009 May 28, 01:57:13
and they said the EULA will be flexible enough to 'allow distribution of content via any means, including free'. This is somewhat less juicy than I was expecting
But did the EULA of TS2 not say this as well.. But didn't allow the selling of CC? So by "flexible" in the EULA, they are meaning to say, we will let you charge to download CC. Seems TSR are EA are in bed together, I think.
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE HORROR: The REAL TS3 Scoop As It Unfolds on: 2009 May 28, 01:53:05
People keep showing up to my parties who did not RSVP. I invite eight, ten to twelve show up. Thankfully, people bring food.
Invite the uninvited into a room... take the door away.. and start a small fire. That will teach them for crashing your party!
I hate gate crashes, in RL my GF had a party, and these 3 wankers rocked up, invited themselves in.. stole shit.. and pissed off when we called the cops.
There is always 3 in the crowd! Losers! Grrrrr!
16  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: TSR has already a Workshop for CC... on: 2009 May 28, 01:30:39
Do we know if MTS will be running from MTS2 site... of will there be a new one? And is so, its it up and running? I haven't seen anything.

I think it is going to be all under the same umbrella of www.modthesims.com, from what I remember?  Maybe Delphy and HP have some specific domain picked out though, because it seems that one is not theirs.
Ok kool, I'll keep my eye out. Cause yeah, I have noticed a few sites registered but no action on them like modthesims3.org and all that jazz, she wanted to know where the official stuff will be from those wonderful peops over at MTS2
17  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: TSR has already a Workshop for CC... on: 2009 May 28, 01:21:20
I'm so hoping that MTS (f.e.) will be quicker than them...

Switching fambly = loss of inventory items. yay.
What a Joke! they really borked that up. Hopefully we get a mod or fix whether its 3rd Party or EAxis that fixes this... but for EAxis to fix this.. its the age old... Shit in one hand, wish in the other.
19  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Career Profitability and Perks on: 2009 May 28, 01:09:48
Forensics Analyist and Secret Agent (I'm pretty sure of this but I could be wrong.) were the choices I had in Law enforcement. I have had three law enforcement Sims.
I think your on the money with that one.. I'm a fan of the different paths. Im just annoyed that Lifetime wishes cannot be regen'd after completion, which sucks!
But I guess its because, then LifeTime points would be coming out left right and centre.. but still. would be good to roll another one.
20  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Career Profitability and Perks on: 2009 May 28, 00:37:29
I forgot to mention earlier there's two tracks to the criminal career.  Criminal Mastermind and Master Thief.  At the end of the master thief one you get a statue of a gold fox holding a money bag.
Ohhhh Nice! Me wants! Hehe.
That's one thing I have noticed/liked about TS3, that even though there is only 12 odd careers, there is like 20 career paths.
just don't fall into the trap I did... I had the Lifetime wish of becoming the Secret Agent of whatever.. And at Level 5 or something a box pops up, and asked what track I wanted to go down. So I just clicked the random one, Something CSI related... And I never got the Lifetime want, so had to quit, and start again, Lulz! (User Error)
21  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Cleaning Sunset Valley of Inhabitants ??? on: 2009 May 28, 00:30:46
Yes, but that's because you also incinerated all of the lots, which we DO know gets properly incinerated. As a test of how deleting from the simbin does not work, create a sim fambly and then split and incinerate part of it. Despite being deleted, the stubs live on and can be seen in the fambly tree (making this an ineffective method of getting rid of baby-swarms). The fact that this destroyed data can continue to exist rather than being utterly eradicated shows that the deletion process is flawed. Further evidence of non-workingness is apparent in the aforementioned filesizes.
So nothing has changed from TS2, apart from the fact we dont have something like SimPE to get in and hack the crack out of it! Hopefully we can find answers to fix these same-old-same-old issues.
22  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Career Profitability and Perks on: 2009 May 27, 23:56:23
Ok, the science career is officially one of my favorites.

Science Updated:

Level 10 Pay: 437/hour.
Workdays: M Tu F
Work hours: 9am - 1:30pm
And if you keep putting in good effect at work, even being on the top job... you can get a raise, so 437$ isn't the limit, it just matters on how much you want to "work hard" and what not at work. you will keep getting raises.
23  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE HORROR: The REAL TS3 Scoop As It Unfolds on: 2009 May 27, 12:43:30
No. I have rigorous experimental procedures that are to be followed without deviation. Thread on this posted seperately in this section. Since I don't have time to deal with random bullshit, I'm going to nuke and ban anyone who tries it. People will perform the test exactly as-is or they will stay out of my experiment. This is SCIENCE.
Lulz, ok no problems, I'm happy to help out. When the Almighty is ready. *bows head to my Lord*

EDIT: Just noticed the new Thread, will give this bad boy ago later today or tomorrow night <24hours. Thanks Pes... Will you want screenies too? eh?
24  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE HORROR: The REAL TS3 Scoop As It Unfolds on: 2009 May 27, 12:38:39
I require far more rigorous test data than what you have here. Anything produced while you are not playing the sim is an invalid test result and means nothing. I need ONLY results produced by live, WITNESSED births, not auto-handout babies from nowhere.
Ok, well ill take some screenies of my Gen3 sims coming soon, the grannies and greats etc. That's gunna help?
25  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE HORROR: The REAL TS3 Scoop As It Unfolds on: 2009 May 27, 12:25:12
In other news, I think maybe Sims do carry the physical traits of the parent they do not favor.  One of my Sim's sisters had a baby boy awhile back.  He got his grandmother's red hair, even though mom had her dad's brown hair and dad had black hair.  Of course, I'm not playing this family, so it could just be random.  I'm hoping not, though.
I had this same thought, and thought we might need Pes' Batmanbox (forget that name) to fix this, but I had a kid and notice that it picked up the hair from the grandmother too.. and then later on down the track.. same parents had 2 more kids... and it was the color of the fathers, it could be possibly its working a bit better, I made mention of this earlier on, and Pes said something about it. So it might still need some work.

The whole genetics is a pile of steaming poo. My CAS made sims (so no parents, OK?) a blonde and a redhead had one child with fathers red hair (including highlights etc.) and then went and popped out a brown haired boy. WTF?
And yes... like this post... it might need some more work... hopefully EAxis patches this... instead of making Pes or some one else more awesome do it!
