Mine don't do any of that, it's just when they're having a chat with someone, usually. Every once in a while they'll pop up.

I don't know. I couldn't even get my sims to age to YA with that hack in. They'd go straight to adult. Sending them to college turned them into young adults just fine.

I ended up going to a backup I made pre-pets, playing without the hack long enough to get some kittens and puppies, then exited the game and put that hack back in. My YAs MUST live in Pleasantville, lol.

The only thing I would recommend is to avoid moving any existing YAs into the home neighborhood, because they WILL transform into adults.

My way was very roundabout, but I now have my YAs at home, I have a bunch of kittens and puppies (who, of course, will not age , but that's fine with me since I also play with aging off), and my game is pretty much the way it was pre-pets, now.

I have the same thing since Pets. Really weird how they just pop up in the air like that.

I do know that the teens age to YA without going to college hack is NOT compatible with pets. Aging is all messed up with it. I haven't checked to see if there is an updated version, but you can't age to YA with that hack if you have Pets installed. You can age them to adult, but not YA. Your animals won't be able to age at all, and you will have stuck pregnancies with the pets.

I know this from experience. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my YAs to live in the main hood.

I've been having this, too, on just a couple of my sims. Others seem to have no problem. Forcing an error seems to work, but since I always do it on them when they're in the shower, it could be coincidence, maybe. I dunno.

I never thought about the shadow settings, though. I have shadows off. 

Or force an error on the sim.

Omri, I'd seriously take it down a notch. You don't *need* the downloads. You *want* them.

Yes it was me. 

I had this problem and the culprit was Squinge's Teens Age to YA without College hack. The pets won't age or reproduce with that in. I took it out, and both of my stuck pregnancies unstuck and I now have a litter of pups and kits!

I know, I know...NON-AWESOME. But for those of you playing with that hack, it's a good thing to know.

 

I have a stuck pregnancy, now, too. I had a dog get stuck, so I adopted them out and tried again with cats. Now she's stuck. This is fun.

I had that issue before reinstalling and installing Pets.

I have no idea what caused it.
