some items i installed via launcher and some hairs i combined using s3pe doesn't show in-game so i would like to try decrapifying. i would just like to ask if its possible to decrapify a .dcb file and a combined package file made by s3pe.

Yes it's possible to decrapify both .dbc and merged packages.
The newer versions of Jfade's tool support .dbc --click at the top "Choose file types" and select the types you would like to include.

oh thank god you replied, yeah i just noticed that when i was messing around. problem is what is all about the thing when you start to decrapify a .dbc you need to decrapify everything. i just don't get it. sorry my game is kinda borked already and i want to be safe about this.
5  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Merging mods to increase Performance! on: 2010 July 03, 14:40:22
i would like to ask if there a size limit for every package made? i made 4 packages of  peggys hair and are 210+ in size and im not sure but i think some of the CC hair doesn't show, is the size the reason?

Pleasantview? Anyway since normally worlds are downloaded via Sims3pack just uninstall it on your launcher if you want to get rid of it.
12  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching problem for Sims 3 on: 2010 January 13, 16:12:47
It might be something connected to the skuversion.txt. Try removing all mods and don't crack the game first, and be sure your game version is 0.1 Try patching agai and see if it works.

24  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: EA store stuff in *.dbc format - a torrent on: 2010 January 04, 22:52:01
yeah i think you should manually create it since that was what i did. then i put the cfg file after.
25  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: World Adventures woes... on: 2010 January 03, 21:17:15
like you said it might be something to do with your mods folder. it might be having conflicts or a mod is not compatible with your game. try re-installing the mods one by one then try playing, if it crashes then the mod you installed lastly before starting the game could be the problem.
