Neighborhood phonebook

I think I read somewhere(I can't remember where or even when exactly) that in the University EP, you were given the option of calling anyone at the University through the Uni phonebook.  Wether it be trying to get into a greekhouse or a professor to up your gradepoints.  You didn't have to meet them, you just had to know their name.

I was wondering if someone had come up with a way to do that with the base neighborhood.  If someone already has, could you tell me where I can get it.  If no one has, how hard would it be to get the phone book to pull a list of all living sims attached to your neighborhood(universities and downtowns).

I just use Inge's teleporting shrub and select whomever I want my sim to meet and then teleport them onto the lot.

I can always pretend they just walked by...

Look for dizzy2's "call everyone" mod at VS or MTS2.

I do this too, I just "pretend" they met at a Neighborhood Watch meeting or something community related.
