Undies, swimsuits, elders, furrines...

I'd like to offer up bad things that have already been copyrighted--like those Subway shops and Fructis hairs and things like that. Stuff that's meant to be real but fails at it.
And also, bad texturing. Absolutely anything as long as it's badly textured.
And walls/floors. Things that are revolting--like the meat walls!

Actually, I haven't the foggiest. I'd assume free, but I don't have an account at TSR so I wouldn't know.

If it were pay, which I'm doubting because of the sheer quality of it, we'd have reason to shoot the creator...

I'd suggest you take a look at the toilet one--it's really, REALLY disturbing. There's splodges on the wall, and the floor, and the toilet--bloody good stamina, this guy has! And no cleaning skills whatsoever! And no concept of aim.

(Notice how the...white sticky stuff...on the toilet has been tastefully shaped so it looks the same as a crude version of what it came out of--or, alternately, a mushroom or jellyfish. Nice, eh?)

And...surprisingly enough, I like that. It's stupid, pointless and unnecessary, but I do like it. I think I may have gone, "Cool," when first discovering it--before promptly deciding there was no way it was going in my game. I'm not THAT stupid.
