1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Kleptos Only Stealing Light Fixtures on: 2009 June 26, 13:31:37
My klepto steals useless objects, I thought it was her insane trait.
2  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Alice and Kev Challenge? on: 2009 June 22, 17:47:15
Also tried an Alice and Kev. The fun for me is the sims trying to work their way into other people's houses for food and hygiene, so they are not getting cheap showers, fishing, or selling rocks.
Mother is a Klepto, which seems overbalanced but ends up not being so since she has stolen items useless to them such as a game system while they have no TV, decorations when there are no walls on their lot, toys for young children with no children present, list goes on. The lot is populated with useless stolen objects which I think suits the Insane trait of the sim.
3  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: I would like a Smoking Mod - Can it be done? on: 2009 June 22, 17:35:15
It would like to see a larger system of long term health complete with benefits that come with fitness and drawbacks to fatness beyond lack of skill. Sims could have a deeper fear of death this way. Perhaps complete with conflicting wishes to "eat apple pancakes" and "loose x pounds". Smoking, drinking, allergies (could add a trait with negative moodlet during certain seasons if the expansion comes out for TS3) alcohol, injury, disease and drug use could all be part.
4  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / So, what's the best way to sort through and cull one's downloads? on: 2007 April 11, 14:08:13
Rip my lips off if you wish but I didn't see this topic anywhere. Loading times of my game is getting pretty long and I have a lot of ugly shit I need to be rid of.

The Sims 2 and bodyshop interfaces go back to the beginning of the list every time something is deleted, it's not very efficient to have to scroll back into the middle of the custom content you are culling when you have a shitload of it and it takes forever to load. Sims2Pack seems to be the best option so far, although just seeing the image of the texture is inadequate I don't feel like Sims2Pack gives me a good idea of what an item looks like in game.

So if anyone is utilizing a better method I'd love to hear about it.

Maybe he's taking this opprotunity to actually PLAY his game... ^_~

LoL, that's hilarious!

Heheh, it just seemed logical to me, as my family had no qualms hanging around in their undies. Dad had a thing certainly shaped and mom had another thing the size and shape to accommodate it, so why wouldn't they use them that way?

I do miss MTS2 the way it was a year ago, there hasn't been a place quite like it before or since. I don't have any criticisms for Delphy and if it were me I'd have given someone else the reins long ago. It's still sad that the place turned out the way it is, but I know everyone there has done the best they could and it's ultimately a positive contribution to my game.

I still visit MTS2 on IRC and say hi every now and then.. I made some friends there.

Some of my sims are monogamous, others are not. The only morality I keep them to is that I nearly always have them breed, because for some reason I can't stand having many sims with no family history. When I make CAS sims I usually make them toddlers and kill off the adult with them, then have one of my gay couples adopt them.
