I'm still on patch level 1.32 and am still able to use the login function on the game save select screen. I'm wondering if "Some art updates" means they've tweaked Showtime images or if they have enabled hidden stencils. The latter is probably too much to hope for.

alexpilgrim Sims 3 Store > Home > Sets > Holidays & Gifts > Registration Rewards Was that so hard?
Or go to your Account History, which should list every Store item you own, with links to download them again. Should, yes. But I too was presented with an error when attempting to download after registering the game and it was NOT added to my purchase history. I had to go and find it in the directory as mentioned to get hold of it.

Can this behaviour be squashed so that the chosen image remains on display? Honestly can't say I care that much about the subject since I don't zoom in that close. But I'll keep it in mind if I'm ever in that section of code, if someone reminds me, because I'm OLD and I HAVE A LONG BEARD. You don't have to zoom in close if you're using one of the massive wall hanging frames. I would happily keep reminding you but then I don't want to come off as a speshul snowflaek tard. What are the chances that you will be in that section of code anyway?

Can something be done about the digital picture frames resetting themselves whenever a save game is loaded? It's done it ever since they were introduced as far as I am aware.
Get a Sim to take a few photos and then stick them in one of the AMB digital photo frames. They display fine. Set it to one you like and then save and quit the game. Load up the game to continue play only to find the picture frame has reverted to displaying the default empty image. The pictures are still in there though. Can this behaviour be squashed so that the chosen image remains on display?

Okay, the problems with my voodoo doll - absolutely the fault of the Sim. Be it traits, relationships or glitched character data I don't know but all other Sims I've tried it with have no issues with it. Just thought I'd draw a line under that.
Just tried the climbing wall out in game and my word do Sims gain athletic skill quick from it! I had an old woman climb it for about 5 Sim hours and she reached athletic level 4 from 0! The skill bar just jumps up! It's actually pretty cool. Sims can train on it, climb it at three different difficulties and race against other Sims at the same three difficulty levels too. I shall be adding it to my lot which features the sky diving rabbit hole.

Nothing happens. This is both with your fix and without. The Sim in question can Bind the doll to any Sim on any lot - that always succeeds. Then if I try to tell him to use any of the options other than binding it to a different Sim, the action fails so long as the target Sim is at Stranger or Aquaintance level. The action gets added to his que, he walks over to the target Sim, the action then drops from the que (including with the little red X) and then the relationship updates as though the action had been carried out. The actions DO succeed if the target Sim is at friends level and above relationship or enemies and below.
I've also just realised that the ITUN relating to Perfectionists is simply noting that a Sim with the Perfectionist trait is more likely to use the Bless interaction than any of the others when left to their own devices.

I'm starting to think my issues with the voodoo doll are either trait related or this one particular Sim is fubar'd. I loaded a different save in a different town with different Sims. The Sim I used this time was a Simbot. I gave him the voodoo doll and he quite happilly used it on his fellow Simbot as well as a complete stranger mixologist.
What I have noticed with my previous Sim is that although the action cancels, he still seems to gain relationship alterations. If I try to get him to curse an unknown Sim, the action fails but they both get the negative relationship icons over their heads and a drop in relationship. My Sim has the perfectionist trait and the voodoo doll ITUN does make mention of the Perfectionist trait. He is also Shy.

I've not tried it with enemies but Sims at stranger or aquaintance level cannot be voodoo'd. They can be assigned to the doll but then any further action cancels itself. Is everybody else experiencing this?
I have a Sim that lives with another she pretty well detests and the doll works on him. It seems pretty easy for it to get knocked out of queue though. Okay, so it works on disliked Sims but have you tried it on Sims either with a Stranger or Aquaintance relationship? Someone your Sim hasn't met before?

Okay, I thought I was having issues with the voodoo doll but now I'm not so sure. Is it by design that it can only be used on Sims that are at least friends with the one controlling the doll? If so it seems rather dumb. I want to be able to curse random Sims damnit! At first I thought it wasn't working because I was on a community lot but then I invited a friend to the same community lot and it worked on him fine. I've not tried it with enemies but Sims at stranger or aquaintance level cannot be voodoo'd. They can be assigned to the doll but then any further action cancels itself. Is everybody else experiencing this?
