Is there any chance you could upload the CAW files too, please?

Supposedly you can open a downloaded world in CAW using this method. I have not tried it myself, but it's worth a shot so jfade doesn't have to upload any more files.

You should probably just delete your packages folder and never look back. If you can't decipher a basic error warning even when you're repeating it verbatim, or figure out how to back things up in the event that you have to reinstall, you're probably better off not using mods. Seriously, for your own good.

I dont wanna instal showtime because i want a few objects. It will slow my game dramatically and im not gonna install it because of that. Cocomama can you please extract some meshes for me if you have showtime? Anyone's help would be appreciated.

Then install the expansion, extract what you want, and then uninstall it. And stop acting like an illiterate, entitled dipshit.

This site demands that its members display a modicum of self-sufficiency. It's no one's fault but their own if they refuse to develop any. What makes MATY different from the ten million warmer, fuzzier, infinitely glompier Sims sites out there is that the members here know that coddling self-righteous idiots is a surefire method of attracting more. The information people need is fully available to all who are willing to lurk and search for just a little while. And if they aren't willing to do that, it's perfectly acceptable if people call them out for ignoring the rules and wasting everyone else's time. Just like you're doing, with your pouting and white-knighting.

It is probably the single most commonly reported problem here, perhaps only second to jackasses running AM on the wrong patch level. Search first, ask questions later.
82  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: The Sims 3 has stopped working - Windows or computer problem? on: 2012 January 02, 14:38:22
Does it do it with both saved and fresh games?
83  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: What needs to go where to make AM work on: 2011 December 31, 01:52:42
User error doesn't qualify as a "bug" at all, though, particularly if you've modified AM from it's original state.

You know what? Have at it. Let's see what happens.
84  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: AwesomeMod Bug Report Thread on: 2011 December 28, 04:55:34
That's user error, not an AM problem. Figure out how to update your game, snowflake.

Blaming EA is fun and all, but this seems like an irrefutable case of PEBCAK.

The FAQ is stickied. Consider reading it.

I think not.

Yeah. Download the way everyone else does and delete what you don't want.

Much of the premium content was already shared individually, the last time I looked.
89  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2011 December 03, 23:53:26
If you don't see it in the downloads thread, nobody has decided to share it. It takes just a few seconds to extract and combine the packages, so you could always download the Sims3Pack and do it yourself.
90  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: TSM for TS3 on: 2011 December 01, 15:01:53
I believe rigs have to do with slots, which CAS items don't have. This explains why decorative-only objects didn't generally display borkage in-game after Pets.

You haven't done any troubleshooting but expect us to know what is wrong? How do you think that works?
93  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Blank screen for pedo interaction. Wry? on: 2011 October 30, 18:49:57
The age of consent is a legal issue that varies by region, but you're technically right that it's not pedophilia. For that age group, it's usually considered ephebophilia since 16-year-olds are generally not prepubescent. It's still gross, regardless of "mutual desire," which simply determines whether or not the creepiness is consensual. The desire of 12's means very little, as they are stupid.

Try reading a little. It's probably the second most commonly reported problem on this site, directly after "AWESOMEMOD NO WERK WAT DO?"

I don't know of an official mirror, but here's the version I downloaded a couple of days ago.

The total lack of self-awareness in this statement is truly a thing of beauty.
98  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: new patch 1.24 on: 2011 July 27, 21:00:13
Dammit. I somehow missed the earlier post until moments before you pointed out my dumbassery (and possible illiteracy), and didn't manage to fix it in time. I've been properly shamed.

Still, though. William: I know you said it works without AM, but are you using any other mods in conjunction with it that might be gumming up the works?
99  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Uninteractable Band (Also No Opportunities) on: 2011 July 12, 04:57:31
Do other bands in the same neighborhood retain their interactions? What about in a new neighborhood?
100  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Very Important !!! Question about fix for spellbook on: 2011 July 04, 22:13:34
FFS, kissing_toast told you where to go AND witch linked it to you. If you can't figure out the author's name from the rich contextual clues you have been fed, I'm not sure if you'd even understand a direct answer.

Go to the thread you were given. Look at the name of the person who posted the fix. That would be the author. Ask THEM if they have a "page."
