Good to know - I also saw your reply in the other thread.
27  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Patch 1.11/2.6/3.2 on: 2010 April 12, 01:40:03
There was a test version but it was removed - I'm hoping that means Pes is working on it.

Anyone know when Awesome Mod for us suckers with 3.2 is coming out?
29  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Asherton, a neighborhood you can play with: The unpopulated version on: 2010 January 31, 14:55:01
Any estimate when a built up but non-populated version will be up? I love it but don't think I can fill it on my own with houses.
A week to a week and a half, depending on some meatspace concerns. I have most of the mainland done (the land that the school sits on, up to the stadium).

Just so you know I am still really looking forward to getting Asherton. No pressure, just thought I would mention it. Hope meatspace is going good and everything is all right and all that jazz.

I'd think it would be nice if your sim got married that romantic interactions wouldn't always be rejected by their spouse. . . that seems weird.

Sounds like real life to me.

I concur.

...My question now is, is there anywhere in the mod, commands, Cheesy or are there any other mods compatible to help my sim gain skills faster?
There is a cheat option for that in the Debug Interactions.

I've been searching and searching for this Roll Eyes

Now then, what do I have to do/type exactly, because I can't find the information anywhere?

Really?

You should have read the thread - Coconut Island installed fine with me with the launcher.
35  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: a new world, Coconut Island on: 2010 January 10, 13:52:33
Oh there are spawners all right - crazy bug/butterfly spawners are crazy although my homeless chick doesn't mind cleaning up the bugs for the money it gives her.
36  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: a new world, Coconut Island on: 2010 January 08, 19:15:33
For what it's worth where nothing else has been installing through the launcher this installed just fine.
37  Awesomeware / Armoire of Invincibility / Re: XML: "Rule of 6" Realistic Aging Lengths on: 2009 December 23, 16:29:50
Can the 'rule of 6' be used with any aging other than normal?

Odd question but I am thinking of stepping my again up to the one above normal(long?) to give me more time with the Sim I am playing. I was hoping it was written in such a way that it would apply extended 'rule of 6' to the longer age time lines.

I know thank you posts are totally lame but I am so happy that someone finally got rid of that annoying build/buy music, it was driving me sane! Great job and I plan on using quite a few of the other tweaks as well Smiley
39  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: File that decides Maxis "townies"' names on: 2009 August 29, 14:34:46
Yeah, that would answer it for people who had any idea what it all means. Not so much for me. Ah well ... I'll just keep using the mod I have for names. I know when I'm out of my learning curve.

Thanks, though, for taking the trouble to quote it and everything.
40  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: File that decides Maxis "townies"' names on: 2009 August 28, 23:07:22
Pescado has added plug in name STBLs to the Awesome mod - now could someone explain how it works?
41  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2009 August 28, 16:01:48
I noticed the section in the Auto Config for the names. What is this? Thank you in advance for info.

As far as I've been able to gather(being un-awesome and all). The new config setting is for those people that want to replace the default EA name files in the game with files that make sense. I have a mod that is supposed to change the names but I still ended up with a guy named Courtney so I'm not totally sure that it works.

At this point I am "Cool, now tell me where to get the STBL files and what the hell to do with them to fix the name thing." Otherwise I've got nothing.
42  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesome Story Driver Beta-Testing reports on: 2009 August 24, 01:26:26
And I've put cribs in every house in my neighborhood but there are no babies being born. I read though the first couple pages of this thread but it was getting to be too much so I don't know if there's a fix for this issue.

Translation: No one is having babies but I couldn't be bothered to read or search.

Advice: Be more specific. Are you using an updated AM? How long did you wait? READ MAOR!
43  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Plots / Re: THE Community Lot on: 2009 August 21, 00:53:10
Now we need a THE community lot for Riverview - I bulldozed the big 40X40 house up on the hill and converted it to a comm lot. I suppose I could make my own ... I'd rather someone else do it, of course.
44  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2009 August 13, 00:00:53
I would say your best solution is to change the name of the save. "Save As" is one of your options under Edit Town.

Now go away before someone pokes you or something.
45  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesome Story Driver Beta-Testing reports on: 2009 August 12, 10:47:44
As I understand it once the kid is a 6 the family will move to a house with more beds. I think I read that in this thread actually ...
46  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2009 August 09, 21:03:14
What is this "Added numerical relationship display option."? Is this in the relationship panel or is this in the top left where they tell you what they think about the person they are interacting with? I'm not seeing this anywhere.

To see the number you have to hover over the little relationship symbol in the bottom right corner of the Sim you have the relationship with. It will then say "Acquaintance" and then a number. I had trouble finding it too.
47  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2009 August 02, 17:30:27
If 1.3 isn't working than I assume you didn't patch? The 1.3 version is compatible with the 1.3 patch.

There is no longer any older versions of Awesome Mod as it is still in constant development. There is however a bug thread in this area that you should read - you will most likely find your answer there.
48  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Work/school zergswarms and game performance on: 2009 August 02, 02:48:35
I suppose if I need more detailed directions on how to flush I am too un-awesome to use it?

I do like to keep a tidy game ...
49  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Work/school zergswarms and game performance on: 2009 August 01, 01:52:49
I'm running a 1.3 patched game with the latest 1.3-compatible AM (and running crash-free, don't worry, this isn't gonna turn into another OMGCTD flail).

I wish I could help. Mostly I am posting to thank you for a clear, well written and non-flailly post. I have read too many posts today that make me logout and go bang my head on a wall at the level of stupid that exists in humanity.

I hope Pescado will be able to help you, you have clearly done everything in your power to help yourself.

I am unawesome and have no idea where #grah is so I will wait until Awesome Storymode is ready for the peasants. I am looking forward to it though!!
