Would it make sense if the monies earned from Plumbot tune-ups were applied the the running tally of sales for the Plumbot Builder Career? I'm not sure if other professions have a similar situation.

And I would like to thank all of you for your impressive work!

I am only posting a small issue I've noticed that seems like some bad coding that idk if awesomemod would fix. I have found little info on the webs about it myself.

If there is any dead animal in a terrarium when my witch casts Restoration Ritual they bug out and become uncleanable/unstockable and remain a tomb of that dead animal that sims will continue to mourn untill I delete it.

Thanks anyway !

What should the resource.cfg look like that we leave in the root folder with this mod? The same as the new Documents/Sims3/Mods one?

Shesh, you download and put something into your game without knowing the details.

Phew thanks,

do your icons in CAS get borked too? It could be because I had to update in the reinstall and am using the testing version of awesome? or it has nothing to do with that either?

I recently had to reinstall and I thought a fresh game might solve some of the mysterious problems I've been having.

Most disturbing is the constant balding of my sims which comes and goes since HELS. Usually clearing my caches works fine but since I've reinstalled its a mess! The icons for all my custom hairs are bald in CAS, sometimes they actually work on sims sometimes not. No amount of tinkering has fixed this. I can put them in the mods folder directly or I can decrapify and merge together and its all the same.

I'm sorry but does anyone have any suggestions?

Could it be because when I patched it only updated to the latest one, and the baldness and other bugs solved in previous patches are not fixed? I'm having trouble finding old patches for macs.  Undecided

How about some sim aids?

It does not conflict with the current AM?

There is no way this would work on a mac right? I have Parallels and it won't run these programs.

WTF is going on with my custom hairs?

My sims keep going bald, I have to move my .package files around from HELS to the base game's folder. Is getting super annoying. I've the latest patch and AM.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: EA store stuff in *.dbc format - a torrent on: 2010 January 25, 15:12:46
I don't know if anyone else has done this (apart from maybe 1 or 2), but when you create your dbc files after extracting the package files and then using appropriate packaging software, you can make each set a separate dbc.  That way I can isolate certain sets that don't want to load, or I need to delete a set I can remove a single all-inclusive file without having to sift through mounds of .package files.

I've got one for each set that EA put out, they all work, and they're all renamed "fancyfashion.dbc" etc.  I'm happy to stick these up somewhere if people want them, maybe 4shared?

Plaeze!

I can not believe what they are getting away with. I mean, I'm just sitting here, cleaning my gun and thinking to myself: This is supposed to be fun!?

16  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Beta Testing 1.7.9/WA 2.2.8 Problems/Questions/Discussion on: 2009 November 25, 15:17:52
I'm so confused. Is AM just not working on my mac? I've installed it correctly many times. The original worked grreat. Anything else I dump in the packages folder works.

I'm very sad about thas.

Are the newer versions posted to that same directly that the first posts directs us to.

Is anyone else trying this on a mac? Were preliminary testings done on macs? I don't kner why this isn't werking.
18  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Beta Testing 1.7.9/WA 2.2.8 Problems/Questions/Discussion on: 2009 November 24, 03:06:58
Very excited about the update.

Just installed to the original mod folder; the game stalls at the WA load screen, same happened when moved to the WA directory.

I'm on a mac and I don't know if that is why it would be acting this way. Installing to a clean game.
 Sad Kiss

I enjoy seeing the difference of playing without the cheat first to see how awesome the mod is.
