The CS piano currently overrides the Maxis one (not the base game one obviously, the other one, can't remember what EP it came from... FT?)

What skintones do you use for each area? I guess "Three Lakes" could be pretty much everything, mainly normal-tan probably, "Twikkii Island" tan and mostly dark but I'd definitely want a paler skin than the light one for "Takemizu Village". Anyone have a good asian skinset (anatomically correct if possible )

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Happy Holiday Question

I have Holiday Stuff installed and I only miss the Happy Holiday Mini Pack with the extra 20 items, but haven't managed to find that anywhere. I did find the Happy Holiday Stuff pack though, which also includes the Holiday Stuff that I already have. Will installing *that* be bad since parts of it are already installed?

If you click on the Cheat, there's a "Talk" menu options. I never noticed if it was also there on gnomes; I'll have to check later.
Now that you mention it, I think I've seen sims talk to a gnome like the one in your picture is doing with the Cheat. Which reminds me of that decorative kitty sculpture that apparently raises Fun in some way, does anyone know anything about it? I mean, can you interact with it in ways other than "View"?

Also, note that you should never place a multi-tile object this way. Only single-tile objects may be placed diagonally. Anything that consists of more than a single green square, should not be, or else it will not work.
Does that mean both objects like sofas (which when placed diagonally seem to occupy only 1 tile while before they were 2 or 3) and for example the big gorilla statue (whose occupied tiles all rotate diagonally) ? I actually noticed the latter a few days ago, I always thought ALL objects occupied 1 tile when placed in 45 degree angles.

TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Can I fix this?
|

So, I started making a clean custom neighborhood (with empty templates for all EPs up to FT), created the very first sim, and then used the Repoman-Gun to create first a paper-delivery NPC and then a male and a female Grand Vampire. I got errors either when clicking on other sims or even on my playable sim. From a quick glance (although, well, I probably have no idea about it really) maybe it has to do with my not having Hobby Leaders created yet?
Either way, I attached the error log, can I fix this in any way or is this sim broken for good?

Do you still get the "your sim has lost one millionth of a point of enthusiasm by not doing a hobby-related activity during the past millionth of a second" spam?
Alas, yes. Really? I don't get those anymore, if it's not nohobbyspam then must be some other hack I'm using that represses that.

Why not just put items you want inaccessible in Sim inventory?
Yeah, I could do that, but the point was that this object somehow didn't "belong" to him but his son so he shouldn't be trying to go use it. (Sounds like what the next EP will be about, right? ) It's no big deal, I'll just direct him to go study from a book manually, I just thought it wasn't common sense that the Skillinator only tried to use the best object even when they couldn't reach it and wanted to report that.

The "Buy a Stereo Costing $xx" didn't fill either with the DJ booth or by purchasing a karaoke machine. It did, however, start getting filled when I finally installed GLS. It seems that there a few stray wants that need tidying up.
The DJ Booth and Karaoke Machine don't count as stereos, that's true. Was there a want for a stereo costing more than the most expensive stereo in the base game?

Okay, different thing now: This artist-sim needs 2 mechanical points for his next promotion (and it's the first 2 actually so he can just read from the bookcase for those) but after selecting Macro/Skillinate/Mechanical he gets fixated on using the surgical-dummy that his geeky son keeps locked in his bedroom at the basement so he just stands in front of the locked door doing nothing. I had to pause the game to cancel the Macro interaction cause it kept blinking so fast while unpaused that it was impossible to do. So anyway, could it be made so that they can be directed to the next best thing to skillinate on if the best choices are for whatever reason unavailable to them?

I don't know if this is related (like "write novel manually" = creativity gain, "skillinate creativity via novel writing" = no skill gain) but when I Macro-Caffeinate and the available caffeine provider in the lot is the new FT coffee-machine, the sim keeps drinking and disposing of the cups but doesn't gain energy at all. (I think the same happened with the LS Stories super coffee machine too) They do gain energy normally though through the CoffeeBeanShrub from CS Stories.
