I don't see why your complaining, he looks really cute now. Of course that's not what you are asking. Grin
Anyway, I guess it happened because you reinstalled your game, somehow that look you gave him didn't transfer too well. Just make him change appearance again if you haven't tried before

Yeah he actually looks normal now. But better don't let him breed.

You could let him breed if you replace his old facial structure with the new one using SimPE.  That is, if he had plastic surgery somehow.  There are instructions on how to do this somewhere around here or MTS2.  Maxoid Tom told us how to do it on MTS2 awhile back so that changes you make on the surgery machine are genetic.

BTW, I think he's cute too.  Did you install any of those default facial template replacements from here or MTS2, by any chance?

I had this happen to a Sim -- I don't know if I have the pictures any more, but she started out as one of the really ugly facial templates, with oversized cheeks and a frisbee mouth. Then one day her face "imploded" into one of the most generic attractive templates. ...Then, long long after she died, her ghost mysteriously changed back to the old face.

I had a problem with simkids changing facial structure after changing clothes with the wadrobes sometimes. I had to age them up, use mirror and age them down again to fixit.
