Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: What needs to go where to make AM work

everything actually was in the right place, i had to do a soft nuke twice because the game was refusing to view my packages (and before that it was seeing AM as a bad mod). but now it is all working with AM mod (now if only i could get it to allow me to do tabcasts everything would be perfect!). i appreciate your help, i did think i needed the updater to get it all working properly (just as a software udpater [not as a put things in the right place tool])
Now if only you would learn where your shift key is located, so you can use capital letters properly, like a grownup.

Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Bug Report Thread

Before anyone slaps me for posting this in the bug section let me tell you why I did this: I have always played my worlds w/o awesomemod between updates and it has never been a problem. The fact that I face this issue now makes me think that something in the game code has changed in a way that makes Sims with the "sacred" mark so severely corrupt that they get deleted as a consequence and maybe, just maybe this is something that needs to be looked at in the process of updating this mod.
Computers aren't typewriters. They have functional word wrap, so you don't have to hit "Enter" at the end of each line.

I hate posting here more than you know, but I've spent the entire day searching the internet for a download I saw quite a while back. It was 1/2 of a spiral staircase, used in a foundation to go down to the basement. At the time I thought "what a great idea". Why oh why did I not download that? Does anyone else remember seeing that and if so, where?
Are you referring to Inge and Gosik's Half-landing stairs for cottages? You can find that at Inge's site, Simlogical, http://drealm.info/simlogical/sl/Sims3/StairScript/GosikIngeCottagehalflandingstairsscripted.htm. You'll have to read the information at the link given to determine if it can be used as you are hoping. No, I have the half-landing stairs. What I saw was a section of a spiral stair that was made to put between the first floor and the basement in a home with a foundation. God, I knew I was going to want that! This isn't the WCIF thread. The WCIF thread is marked with a helpful "WCIF."

I know this will get moved to the Tarderdome but I need to know - has a fix for the dancing sunflower been done? 'Cos I think I have the latest ccmerged and the damn thing is still making white boxes.
You need the KT_StoreFix_Fixes file. If you have this package installed already, re-install the sunflower (without uninstalling first). Sometimes the accessories are not installed properly through the launcher and then even KT_StoreFix_Fixes won't help. Don't enable the fucking Betatard, She can (allegedly) read the thread and figure out how to fix her game like everyone else. And if she can't, even better.

EA seems to have enclosed some wish fulfilment bugs sometime between UL and IP. One of these is the "Throw a Party" and/or "Throw a [positive adjective] Party". I've tried throwing parties left and right, both at home and on community lots, but neither wish are being fulfilled. I've found similar reports from as early as May 2013, and some people got the problem fixed after installing IP, and some (like me) didn't. Any chance you could check into this?
I'm running latest patch/AM with all EPs.
Not only am I missing out on getting the achievements, but I don't have anybody showing up for the parties my sim attends. I was assuming it was a mod problem, but didn't care enough about parties to troubleshoot it thoroughly.

Jesus. Go back and untoss that salad until it resembles something readable. Also, sentences begin with capital letters and end with a period (or full stop), question mark, or exclamation point.

The instructions are out there too. Bottom line: we don't care whether or not you have them in your game. If you want store content in your game, but not enough to research how to pirate it, then buy it. I always buy Store content. The point here is that those two lots have never been available in the Store because they were bonus content. Thank you. Bye. Then buy the EPs and get your bonus content legitimately. Or, you know, continue to whine about how SEARCHING IS SOOOOO HARD and do without.

Anything is possible. What you want to know is will we do it for you - no. I didn't say that I wanted you to do it for me. But you could have told me how to do it... Weird people here...
