TS2: Burnination / Planet K 20X6 / Re: EAxis House of Fail: July

I can't wait to see what people do with this house. IMO, this lot would have to be *the* ugliest, most useless Eaxis made house thus far. I tried to play it once but ended up moving the family to another lot. It was not only awkward to play but actually depressing as well.

I wish there was a fix to this as I'm having the same issues as you, Liz. Even no autonomous computer mods don't seem to stop this annoyance. I'm torn between letting the morons die or putting computers into inventories, which isn't really much of a solution at all. I have decided not to let any future fortune sims unlock this particular aspiration panel from now on.

I believe you shouldn't have perfect gardens *and* perfect plants installed together. That may be causing conflict. I would suggest you check your hacks for compatibility, one by one.

My sims are already running round like maniacs till well after midnight and I get damned sick of trying to think of things for them to do except endless skilling.
Yep, I learnt early on not to click on the perk/s that give them more energy. I want them to go to bed at a reasonable hour and not sleep the following day away.

As you mentioned Bon Voyage would probably be the EP that you would get the least enjoyment from playing. IMO, Freetime sorta sucks, but perhaps I haven't given it enough of a chance yet.
The one EP which I loved right from the outset was Seasons. I like the farming/fishing aspect and the fact that some of my sims have become self sufficient by selling what they sow and catch. Being able to sell crops and fish for profit is fun!

I have a family sim who has a LTW of graduating 3 kids from college. He just came home and has reached Captain Hero status and the pop up came on saying he has just fulfilled his LTW. Something is royally screwed up. If it is of any consequence, he hasn't/hadn't been assigned a secondary aspiration at the moment of fulfillment.

Just to resurrect this thread for a minute. I just installed Freetime on the weekend after waiting for the various bugs and whatnot to be ironed out and I don't have the 'call to meal" option anymore either. Was the cause of this ever resolved and therefore I haven't seen it in the relevant thread or is the jury still out on this?

I've also bred them without problem. Sometimes, even with ACR's pregnancy odds turned up high, I've found it takes quite a few tries for some couples to conceive. Obviously you've made sure that their tokens are set to try for baby allowed? Just a thought as I've forgotten that on occasion, only to realise my 'duh' moment later on.

Evelyn looks fine to me. Elan on the other hand, does have a rather disproportionate nose.
I don't play my hoods where every sim has to be pretty, but if I think two sims will produce ugly spwan, than I just don't let them breed. Once I let two sims, who I thought were extrememly good looking, breed and their first and only spawn turned out looking like a blonde, anorexic ape. Needless to say, she got married and her and her husband adopted.

Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: Anti-Redundancy *CRITICAL FOR BVp0*

I took a look at Deleted 2.
A) I am severely simpe challenged, so it all looks like gobbledygook to me.
B) If I do decide to have a go at this, I presume I can use the seasons version of simpe, seeing as the BV version is as yet unreleased.
C) I may well be SOL in all instances. I can live with it, 'tis only a game after all.

Just a question because someone else mentioned it.
Seeing as you can't interact socially with the Tour guides, if you nuked all gossip memories using the debugger and deleted the character files of the unecessary tour guides, , would that be a safe option or not?
ETA: NM, testing results in BFBVFS apparently.
