Ugh, I think I'll definetely wait to get Seasons until lighting can be disabled.  I play with the sims and make sure they dont die.. last thing I need is uncontrollable lightingUndecided
So, you want all of your sims to live in the dark?

"Lighting" does not equal "lightning".

Maybe their all vampires   Tongue  Ok I meant lightning

Actually it said "TEP4" and some other words.  I accidently put the mustang back in while trying to fix my Insim clothing problem.  Yup all the cars got that missing/messed up  texture.

As a side note, I've fallen in love with this site: http://www.architecturalhouseplans.com/ The floor plans are awesome inspirations to try and convert into something useable in the sims. I recently put together a 'cabin' that I'm pretty proud of.

Ohhhh thanks.... I'm going to be busy for quite some time now  Grin

Personally I like medium sized houses with enough room to fit things nicely without being too cluttered.  Big huge mansions are fun to look at but rather boring, tiny small homes are a nightmare to make look well equiped. Gotta have some nice decorations/plants sitting around the house making it look more attractive.  Reasonably big lots with a nice sized house are the best, plenty of room for outdoor stuff (decks, pools, ponds... etc and plenty of lighting)

I've been having that happen too Emma... now I know which package is causing it.

If you look at it closely you'll see EP5 (5 i believe) text on the texture.

Another thing I'd like to see (unless it's already done), that would help magicmoon and myself is a popup alert stating a walker (human or pet) has entered the area.

Speaking of LTW, is it possible to repeat the 20 best friends over again without first destroying friendships?  Especially if you've already hit the 30 best friends want. I know the career ones are easy to redo over.

Ahhh think I found a quick way, get them all to do the term paper done ASP, forget the homework.  Afterwards it's pretty much smooth sailing.  Cheesy  If their grade bar is a bit low by the end of the semister, research a bit and vola.

Currently I've got 6 seniors and 5 freshmen, their all good friends/dates with each other and 4.0.  Now I can deal with their wants more.  One already hit their lifetime wants.

I just had to do this a couple weeks ago, when I got my new system. I installed Sims on this new computer and then copy the old content folder (z:\my documents\ea games\the sims 2) into the new folder (d:\my documents folder\ea games\the sims 2).  Course in a few weeks I'll have to do this all over again when I get a better hard drive.

Well I'm thankful I'm not a sim then LOL

After battling a real life hard final... vola, your late for class  Roll Eyes HAHA
Plus no days off (Sat/Sun) or breaks between grades.

I've got a question, I couldn't find the answers with the search.  Is there a hack/mod/patch that disables class for the rest of the day after taking an exam? Theres nothing worse than getting the poor simies home after a hard two hour exam and then they end up having to go to class!
HARD? How is the exam HARD? The exam is indistinguishable from class in the first place, and class is one of the best grade-point boosts, because it has no associated motive drain, unlike study or research. Poppycock, I tell you.
Well I was hoping to give them some peace for a while, they barely have enough time to get to know each other LOL

Yes am aware of that.... guess that might be the only way to do it.  They'll just have to research some more to bring their grade up LOL
