TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Ambitions: What's borked

I have borked romantic socials. "Marc thinks Selphie is being flirty." Then it IMMEDIATELY jumps to "thinks Selphie is okay." I have this exact same issue, have you found the cause of it? Does this happen to every single sim you play or just select ones?

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Plants not growing?
|

Yeah, my plants aren't growing after few stages. No weeds, no need to water and fertilize, they just freeze at particular stage of growth. And this aint cool for my green thumb sim. Planting new seeds aren't helping, they also freeze at particular stage of growth.
You're not alone in this, and your problem probably isn't fixed forever. I keep having this problem too. My plants get stuck exactly like you described. There is no option on the plants to tend, water, or fertilize and they never progress. I've found I can plant new seeds after this happens to my garden and those will grow for a few cycles and then quit. I've trashed this particular family's garden four times and started over. First I thought it was my mods. I took them out. Then I thought it was the fact that I kept changing the length of the life cycle in options right before the garden froze, so I started over and quit doing that. After that I made a new town and those plants froze after a while too. I have no idea what is really causing it to happen. Has anyone who has had this problem and solved it figured it out?

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patch 1.8/2.3 plus Create a World Released

I was able to get Riverview to work, by moving the Installed Worlds folder from Documents/Electronic Arts to Desktop. Then I copied Riverview.world from the Installed Worlds folder, and pasted it into C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/GameData/Shared/NonPackaged/Worlds Folder. It's the same folder with Sunset Valley.
I did this and not only did it restore Riverview to my dropdown list of towns I could create, but it restored a saved game that I have been unable to play since the patch.

Do you need a new crack after you patch your arr'd WA? I finally got both games patched but still can't load the game. When I use the original TS3EP01 of course I get the can't authenticate error. I grabbed the cracked one from the crack directory of the reloaded wa torrent and stuck it in in there and now I get a can't load error and the game won't even start up.
I'm sick of fail... help?

I have a retail copy of the Base game, and the reloaded version of WA. After the patch it now tells me that my base game and expansion are incompatible and to please patch. However the launcher says that my game is up to date. Here's the game version it shows in launcher: 2.3.33.003002
WTF?
** I did something stupid. I left the cracked exe in instead of putting in the .bk

So could we please come up with a list of all clothes that can be used as maternity? It would be nice to know what my options are so I can pick appropriate clothes beforehand.
Are these the only choices?
Tops: Short sleeve Tee over long sleeve shirt. That fitted sport coat type thing. Track suit top.
Pants: Sweat pants Skinny jeans
Outfit: Spaghetti strap nightgown

I am not convinced at all. I have a legacy family in the 17th gen and all they have ever had is boys. Try as I might to eat watermelon it makes no difference. Still no girls.
Have you tried shoving the watermelons up your twat? Why? Has that worked for you? Yes and it's fun too.

Yes, but I know it sure isn't relevant. I could care less if you click it, but I will maintain my integrity. It is the best answer to your question that I know of. Seems to me it would be more suspicious if I did try to hide it. Well, first time I've seen someone scared of Youtube. Consider me informed. You're an idiot. There, now you're better informed.

So its no damn use at all then.
On the contrary - thanks to this option, there's no need to invest time in socializing. The game really doesn't need even more ways to improve plant quality. I saw that post. That is HARDLY confirmation. "I think" is not what I was looking for, but someone who actually knows what it does because they have looked at the code or tested it and can offer an explanation.
Still, you could have posted your question in said thread. And spoil everyone's fun of yelling at me? NEVER!

I searched a lot actually. If you want to link me to something go ahead.
Try that. Instead of taking up Horror! space maybe you could've searched in the Facts forum. I think talking just raises the Sim's social motive. I have not seen any benefit for the plants. I saw that post. That is HARDLY confirmation. TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: How do you use the stinking Food Replicator?

I have no options on the durned thing besides tinkering and upgrading, and they don't use it passively either. What is the use of this thing?
You have to make a meal and store it on the food replicator. Depending on its quality you will get 10 or 20 charges i believe. Then you just select the food replicator and replicate a meal. Your best off to do it on group meals you'll never need to cook again. Excellent, I would never have figured that out.

So you are essentially admitting you can't do your job?
Sure I could do my job, if I devoted more time to it than there is hours in the day. So no, I cannot do my job. If you think you can, be my guest. *by the way, that might not be relevant since I am not actually a teacher! I was going to say, my job is cleaning up after the edumacational messes that teachers make, but then you said you aren't a teacher. So why are you bitching, again? Since you asked so nicely... I am not a teacher. I know teachers, live with teachers, and I volunteer with teachers. The reason I have not been fired, is simply because they are grateful to have a little help, despite the fact that there is too much work for me to finish. My job includes grading mountains of papers for very overworked teachers. I see what they are up against with the enormous class sizes my teachers are saddled with now. By the way a teacher's job description does not include any specific way they must grade papers. Their job is to teach, and most of them do the best they can with what they have. In our current economic situation, teachers are not even allowed to make photo copies anymore (in my district) much less given any other type of supplies. Everything comes out of their pocket. They receive very little respect, no understanding, and far too much abuse. What I have seen has caused me to change my career choices completely, because there is no way I want to mess with any of that. The last thing I want is to spend all day trying to teach today's horrible children, just to have them mock you, destroy your materials, and then have their equally nasty parents come and scream at you for their own failures. Why am I bitching? I wasn't bitching before, but now I am! The reason I replied is because I felt your comment showed the typical amount of ignorance of what it actually means to try to do this job, and I'm confident that I am right. I'd like to see what you look like after just one year of trying to keep 200 teenagers alive, much less teach them something that they don't want to learn.
