Hi, I'm new here, so I hope I'm writing in the right place.

I accidentally deleted my neighbourhood from the game. Then I used a program that restores deleted files and I managed to restore almost everything, but unfortunately the .reia file and the neighbourhood.package are lost. The other folders with the Lots, Characters and the Downtown, University town are still there. My question is: Is there any possible way I could make that neighbourhood playable again or I messed it up completely?  Lips sealed Thanks in advance!
