This might be custom content or not but, does anyone happen to have Life Stories Objects & Careers pack that Numenor and someone released in MTS but got removed by request of EA. I know that it were re-uploaded on bluesoup.org but the site doesn't work anymore.

So does anyone have it still?

Where can I find something that makes my employees in my factory just instantly sell crafted items without having to make a store to sell them in? If I just delete them at the end of the work day, I make no profit.

The first craftables your sim makes will sell for the same price it cost to craft them. As they gain experience and badges, you should be able to sell them at a profit. I'd take them out of my factory worker's inventory (put them on the ground) and go into build/buy mode to sell. If they're crafting robots, have them repair any smoking/sparking ones before selling.

Does anyone know of gloves for males that are similar to these by Noora Violet?

I've only seen gloves that were part of the outfit, or gloves that looked like someone cut five holes at the bottom of a sock
and called it a glove. It doesn't have to be exact, even anything that looks remotely like that would be great. The original mesh
is unfortunately female only.

I am not sure those are actually meshed gloves, so you could try simply sawing them off and copypasta'ign them onto the outfit of your choice.

I'm not a 100% sure what you are saying. Are you saying using a program like photoshop and cut the texture from that and stick it onto another outfit? Because these gloves are separate meshes (I have them in game), or are you saying just convert the mesh from females to males?

Actually, I think I'll just do that second part anyways. I bet there are some tutorials on MTS2 to convert accessory meshes from one gender to another, or have it show up for both.

Edit: I see why they aren't for both genders, it seems the female hands are smaller than the male hands. Oh well, no biggie. I'll continue searching for some gloves.
