Garden Club never turns down inspection?

Is there a hack for the Garden Club to always be willing to inspect?

I tried the search but kept getting stuff for vampire visiting clubs always.

Expound on that question since the garden club members always inspect if you request garden club membership.

They won't within 48 hours of the last inspection.

exactly.   I hate waiting and would like them to have it available always.
