EDIT: Adding Noautonousballoonfight to the lits. Antiprank is not bad but whenever my sims are trying to have the autonomous action my game lags badly, so I would prefer a total no autonomous mod.
I've been playing with No Instruments and No Balloon Fights, and have had no issues with either (...yet anyway).

The combo hack (Servo and preggo) still works...at least when it comes to maternity wear. I don't have many servos to check them. I have the Seasons version.
I got a third trimester pregnant woman to walk to a community lot...without any such hacks.

Squinge's PregnancyWearAnyOutfit works for me with just the maxis clothes and these pregnancy enabled body meshes. Tested it out with Brandi Broke, so she is useful for something. ;)

Those meshes are awsome. I stopped using Squinge's hack when he stopped making it compatable with inteen. If you use those meshes and the wardrobe mode from insim, it works pretty much the same way - except you need to change back into "everday" each trimester. Of course, insim needs to be updated too, now.
