To do it "properly", always de-age to a category one-below and then allow the "normal" age-up to set all the attributes correctly. Then you use any number of available options to wipe out all the garbage memories this generates before they spread to the rest of the neighborhood.

From castaway stories I think, I've seen it used in game here http://209.85.62.24/28017/107/0/p320143/00943.jpg and was told to look for it here, after much searching not really knowing what to search for exactly I ended up here... can anyone help?
