Bit late now, cos I've already done it :D I just want to know about the Plantbabies that have aged to adult. Can you upgrade them?

Well, you can always cure the plantism while they are still toddlers and let them grow up normally and go to college, then turn them back into plantsims if you want.

Plantrocillin cannot be taken by toddlers, no? Since toddlers skip all other age stages, probably because Maxis wanted to intentionally sabotage going to college with plantsims, there's no normal way to do this.
