How to renew CAS thumbnails?

No idea; I tried the shif+click, ctrl+click, anything+click, but no results. It may be because I'm on a mac, but the only thing that works is deleting the whole file, for me.

What happens if you move the package files for the items not displaying correctly out of your downloads folder, load the game, exit, and then return the files to their proper place?

Running in a window occasionally causes graphical bugs, but I doubt that's causing the CAS issue.  I always run in full screen mode and still manage to get screwed up thumbs from time to time.

It works beautifully for me, does not require debug mode, but definitely does require a right-click, not a left-click.

anything + RIGHTclick perhaps?

I might not be able to remember the key, but I do remember the button.  It definitely has to be the right mouse button.
