Parties on Community Lots

At one point, I was able to use the Community Hotel collection and place a phone on a community lot and use it to have a party. At some point, however, that function went away (maybe with an EP?). I didn't think it was a hack that did this, but I may be wrong. Soooo, does anyone know of a hack that lets sims throw parties at community lots? Thanks. ~KG

I used to have all my weddings on community lots, but not since NL. I have looked but not found.
