INSTRUCTIONS:
Place in your MYDOCU~1\EAGAME~1\THESIM~1\DOWNLO~1 directory.
FEATURES:
Changes it so that the Garden Club townies are treated as "townies", which
avoids bugs such as where when businesses are sold to a Garden Club townie,
they remain owned by the townie and therefore can never be edited or played.
Other issues pertaining to the odd, loopy state of Garden Club townies should
also be avoided similarly.
COMPATIBILITY:
This hack is fully compatible with all FFS hacks. Death to all Nesses.
SIDE EFFECTS:
May cause computer damage, incontinence, explosion of user's head, coma, death,
and/or halitosis.
WARNING:
Do not open, crush, dispose of in fire, put in backwards, short-circuit, or mix
with non-awesome hacks - may explode, leak, or catch fire, resulting in injury
and/or death.

These Garden Club dudes are pretty weird anyway-my sim married one and everytime I load their lot to play he never has any wants at all. He only ever gets wants when he comes home from work. Even re-rolling doesn't do anything.
Chienne:
My sims often make friends with the Garden Club woman, only to discover afterwards that she's uncallable (Maxis didn't see fit to provide her with a phone of her own, so she can only be reached through the club). If this will fix that, this will be very cool!

You could just give her the gift of a phone, or use a cheat to make her selectable and pop it in her inventory.
Also, the hack is rather nifty. Or rather, Awesome.
