That wouldn't be worth commenting on, would it? No, in the same neighbourhood.

I would move them in together and see what happens. Well, maybe not. Anything coming from Maxis premade families is pretty buggy, so I'd just avoid them all the same.

You can use the Lot Debugger to delete the families, if you wish.
