Question About EP Specific Clothing

Is there a way to use clothing that requires an EP that you don't have?  What I mean is, has anyone ever extracted the needed meshes from the game, and made them available for download for those who don't have a certain EP?

I don't know if such a thing can even be done, or if anyone would have bothered with it if it is possible to do.  I was just curious, and thought I'd ask.   :)
