Ok, I'm jealous of your skill and dedication. I've started piling on the kilos and can't seem to stop myself. Doesn't help that I've not been able to get the gym as much as I used to (between work, study, boyfriend, and quality family time, it just doesn't seem to fit anywhere). Gah.

Now vecki, you aren't supposed to be truly jealous til I tell you that all I've done is change my eating habits and a lil bit more walking now than I used to :p ...and not exactly on purpose either...lol. Started a new job in July and that has me walking more built-into my job...lol. So I don't realize that I'm actually getting a workout til it's all said and done...lol.
