baby error

so my sim was pregnant and it said she was having twins. well she had a girl and then she went to use the computer. The other baby is no where to be seen but shows up on the icons, two baby girls, but it didn't ask me to name them and I can't select the one. Now my buy and build modes can't be accessed because apparently she's still giving birth which means I can't exit the game.

Or, make sure you have the Lot Debugger installed on every lot in your game, and use its option to reactivate the menus when they get stuck like this.
