Nightlife Jump Bug?

Not a common problem I am afraid, at least from all the bug reports I have read. Although bad or corrupted installs have caused some wacky problems so thats not to say it isnt a bug of sorts.
I personally havent had this issue (yet) and I try very hard to break the game. Its hard to suggest a fix without knowing for sure what is causing it, it could be as simple as a modified global or object. Or...a bad install.

Ok, thnx. I'll try the game w/out hacks later this week and see if it's a hack problem first. Hopefully it's just a hack and not the game. And thanks for being helpful. :)

Seriously, the first thing I do if I am having ANY problem with the game is to just drag my downloads directory temporarily to my desktop, run the game and see if I get the same problem. If I do, it's a bug with the game. If I don't, it's either a hack or some other custom content.
If it's a bug with the game I put my downloads back and just either have to deal with it or look for a hack to fix it. If it's something in my downloads folder, then begins the oh so fun task of trial and error to try and narrow down what it is. :P
