Businesses only need a manager if you want to collect remote income. Business need BRY if you want them to function with employees so that you can visit them as another family and buy things, though.

Try the comunity time project. It is not ready but I works like a charm for me. No Problems whatsoever. I used to hate runing owned bussineses because of the time isue too.
