NPC that control OFB Shop ?

When the family owns the lot, stock the shelves and use the button in the top right hand corner of the screen to set the cakes 'for sale'. Turn them all yellow. Then sell the lot back and try visiting with your family to the community lot. I don't know if this is your problem but it is worth trying,

well, the shelves are full of cakes but i can't purchase it 'causei can't click on it :(
that's sad 'cause that should start a new class of shops :-\

What do you mean, you can't click on it?
Do your sims own the shop?
Are you there to run the business?
What sim are you using to click with, the owner?

I think he's trying to create a shop that sells food or craftables that isn't owned by a playable sim. From the stream of questions being asked, I'm going to guess this isn't possible?

indeed...
as suggested on previous post, I've
1) purchased a community lot
2) crafted some cakes
3) placed the cakes on the shelves
4) turned the cakes yellow with "sell this" tool
5) sell the lot
now, when I'm visit the lot the cakes are exactly where I've placed 'em but i can't click on it... i can't purchase it
I've tried to purchase the cakes with a random sim and with the owner, btw i cant purchase the stuff..
I've tried to made a floral shop to..
same steps same result, the flowers are on the shelves but i can't purchase nothing :(
