bus in noagediscrimation and doorbell-quieter

If I use noagediscrimation - all the boolprop cheats on the newspaper are gone.   (And I use this to replace the fingerprint scanner which buggily disappears a lot).

If I use doorbell-quieter - the grocery delivery person gets an error and no longer has a basket of groceries.

For the base game, no expansion packs installed.

I do not have any reason to believe these are related, since the pie menus are unaltered. Describe nature of "gone".

The debug mode options, or wintermuteai1's newspaper hack?

For the noagediscrimination bug - the only pie menu option left is "force error".   It also generates the error in message 563400.

For the doorbell-quieter bug with grocery delivery - where the delivery guy "jumps" and no longer has a basket of groceries once he rings the bell  -

first I get message 64802 - then OVER AND OVER I get a message like 64805 - until I finally pick the option "delete" on the boolprop message.

All playing just the base game, no expansion packs.
