No more cars on community lots ? o_o''

WTH happen with "Seasons" ?
i can't place anymore cars on the community lot :-\
I've used the the car collection as usual, but when i click on the car the game didn't give me the selected car...
Maxis have disabled the cars icon for the community lot, also, the dormSpecificDisalbed cheat didn't influence the cars icon, so i was wondering if someone here have some other tips to place cars on the community lot...

If you have any  Expansion that came after Pets,many collections of unusual items need to be opened from Build Mode instead of Buy Mode  to allow you to place the items in the collection.
