Autonomous Stargazing/Cloud Watching?

Does anyone know of a hack that allows playable and non-playable idle sims to randomly and automonously go outside and start gazing into the heavens? I'd really like this to allow for more accidental deaths in my game. Especially for the dormies. Muhuahahaha [insert evil smiley here]

Dormies don't need more help dying. Just put in no-uni-protect and the entire population will be dead within a few semesters.

I have it already. I want this hack too :P

For increase"dorm death chance" I've  use bar stand on dorm lot and then my playable sim time to time make blended drinks.
Usually after 3-4 days someone of dormee die from starvation. :(

Emma:
This isn't just about dormie killing. I want it as an autonomous mode of death for my playables too.
