You are right i looked close on my YA in Game. They have the Adult wrinkles on the forehead now. Once more broken Genetics. Even custom Skins are affected for pre Seasons YA.

I did that a long time ago, before the Seasons patch was out. I'm guessing they'll just ignore it like they did for the teen female vampire texture.
