Pet's Patch pt2 (?)

Over there at that place, it looks like they went ahead and updated the pet's patch and decided not to actually let anyone know about it.
At least I don't recall seeing

Sim children will again show their genetically correct hair color.
Thumbnails of uniformed NPC's will now show their current hair color.
On the first one or that it even needed to be as it was the first pets patch that borked those things.

Remote businesses are now working properly. Custom objects will now be preserved when uploading Lots to the Exchange.
"Get a puppy" want is now satisfied when buying a puppy from a neighbor.

Also it mentions replenishing the pet adoption pool, that has always been broken in my game, even with Awesome(TM) hacks. And I don't have the no stray respawn, didn't want it.

Ah I see. I checked all through the main Podium board to make sure it hadn't been brought up but didn't think to check in Oops/ Sorry about that.

And actually, this is Pets patch v3 (r277). The v1 patch only fixed bodyshop, and the v2 was a more general fix. For bonus points, you could call this v5 (or v6 possibly) since they had to do two versions of each patch: one for the disc version, and another for the "digital download" version.
