New Elder faceplates?

I was just curious about the three elders that came with Seasons.  I noticed their faces are more graphicly enhanced than the elders who are aged in game by the players. Kinda reminds me of the Nightlife Mrs. Crumplebottom.  :D

My question is, is this elder faceplate just for those three elders, or will they apply to elders that age from adults in the game?

It looks like they are using the first wrinkle set in the costume/full-face makeup category. There are three "masks" of wrinkles of varying degree towards the end of that section.
