Changing the appearance of Doggy Ears! Need Help!

My puppies grew up to be doggies...But my major problem is their ears are not pointed like their ma and pa...they are floppy....do young dogs features change or am I stuck with Australian Terriers with floppy ears??? I can change their coat in the mirror but not their ears....any help would be great...I did try Sim PE surgery....but it did not change their ears (or anything else for that matter) when I picked the face option! As far as I remember, ears do attach to the head which harbors the face??? I just wanted pointed ears on my Aussie's....thanks! ;D

Wasn't this an issue that the Pets patch was supposed to fix?
Unfortunately, the patch caused more problems than it solved, so it's definitely something to install "at your own risk".

Well...does that not stink! I have Seasons. I had already downloaded the first Pets patch and I believe the second was included with the Seasons EP (which I recently purchased). Why can't the doggies just look in the mirror and get their ears docked? A veterinarian is in order....(wishful thinking)!
