How do I change the global constants that determine the season length?

Should be as easy as changing the BCON at 0x7F232ABA/0x1016.

Assmitten:
Someone mentioned changing the amount of time the sun's up, like making the daylight hours longer during the summer, and shorter in the winter. Is this something that's possible to tinker with, with the way the game is?

I haven't tried this yet, but it looks like that information is in the %TSData/Res/Lights/Lighting.txt file.
