dog half-buried and unable to interact after play with water wiggler

This sucks, as I was happily ignoring this creature and pleased to not have to bathe it.
I deleted the dog using boolProp (oops) and he came back the next time I entered the neighborhood after visiting a different one.
Anyone else?

I have a German Shepard that will spend the entire night in the water wiggler; at first I thought he was stuck, then realized he loves to play in it.
A personality quirk, I guess, as my other dogs use it but aren't as obsessed.

Deleting a dog (or any other sim) in game is perfectly safe, and the best thing to do if they got stuck somewhere; they always came back, because that delete simply resets them, nothing more. To physically delete a sim from the game is a way more complex issue.
Anyway your problem seemed to be the fact that it was half-buried and somehow not working as intended. After deletion, does it reappeared normal, or in the same odd appereance/behavior?

i think it has something to do with echo_community_sleep.package
its conflicting with pets
you should look for a updated version on google

Echo's community lot sleeping has not been compatible since Pets came out, and that is the cause of the sinking and bed errors. Jfade has a great version that is Pets and Seasons compatible HERE
