Does it no longer work? It probably doesn't require updating. Not everything does.
Anyway, that stuff is old. Try Warlokk's stuff. He has created a whole body shape project, with different hip sizes and different bra sizes to suit every taste. You'll find his stuff on MTS2.

I use Duddlys files also, well I did until a couple days ago - I took them out because Duddly never did new files to include the stuff pack clothes (which I believe he said he wasn't going to do, understandable since I don't think he bought them) and I found I was avoiding using those clothes (even though I like them), now with all the new Seasons clothes I figured I might as well ditch Duddlys files.
I may go back to using them if he does do the Seasons clothes *shrugs*
He may not even have Seasons yet so...

Warlokk's stuff is too encumbersome (heh!).
You have to pick outfits to match the body type... pick the custom skintone to the size you want then match all the clothes blah blah blah... bloating my downloads folder to an annoying size. I don't want all that custom content.
Duddly's mod was easy, just changed all the base maxis meshes so even townies had the new shape. Any recolors of the maxis meshes automatically work with the new shape. That cut my downloading drastically since I limit myself not to download new meshes.
Since Duddly hasn't updated this for Glamour Life and now Seasons, I was hoping someone could pick up the slack... I know.. wishful thinking.

I'm sure he'll update it for seasons. I didn't think he would for the others but after several weeks or months he did. It's alot of clothes so it's alot of work. Just don't hold your breath because if he does do it it'll be quite a long time still.
