Some of my underwear is classified as swim wear (I hate this!) What do I need to edit to show is as only one or the other?

Excellent instructions. I'll add to it: If any of the strings are missing in the propery set, just add them.
One string you might also add is version (with the same value as product): most Maxis items seem to have this string.

If they're missing, their value is 0 -- or it is treated as custom content.
You need the entries for it to work like Maxis stuff.
