Are sims supposed to get a memory of being struck by lightning?

I noticed that. Knowledge Sims seem to occasionally spawn this want. I believe Pleasure Sims get this as a fear.
Maybe other types of Sims don't notice being struck by lightning? It's only a current of 30-to-50 kiloamperes (thank you internet, for teaching me what I did not know so I could look smarter in a random forum) racing through their bodies.
A memory for this would be greatly appreciated.

I have no problem at all imagining that a Sim wouldn't remember getting struck by lightning. They also might not remember their name or where they live, afterwards. ;)

Edit: Still, I am not sure if it's a memory of an electrocution, or a lightning.
