Biting Rules

Gus Smedstad:
When I read how they worked, I fully expected them to be boring.  As you say, they have so few needs compared to ordinary Sims that they're not interesting.  I suppose they might be a tad tougher if you played strict "no daylight, ever" rules with them, which would make most jobs impossible, but they could still make money through art or writing, so that's not that tough.

At least vampires are more fun to play than zombies. :)

I had a Sim I intended to become a vampire.  After she finally found a grand vampire on a community lot, she had to build relationship with him.  He didn't bite her until they were at least best friends, possible already in love.  It took longer than I expected.

With permanent platinum and all her needs green due to vampirism, there's not a lot of point in playing her.  Add that she's got all the money she'll ever need, AND an expensive sports car, other than making other vampires, why bother to play her?

The point?

Bleh!! Bleh!!!

That's why *I* play vampires.

*I* Made one single vampire.

And I emphasise the One... I cured every other vampire I ever found with the vamprocillin potion.

This one vampire lives ina grand estate. She is currently keeper of the dead, with graves, photographs of the dead and the whole shabang. Ive made her a big palace to go with it, and a large mausoleum. I actually never thought I would get any use for the 5x5 lot or even the 5x6 lot, but now it comes in handy.

In case anybody wonders, her name is Maharet. Yeah, I am inspired by the book. But the rest of the "family" is alphabetized. First generation starting with A, second with B, third with C and so on. Except the keeper of the dead.

Trubble:
Maharet? Interesting choice, if I am getting your reference. My legacy is currently using the names of the 13 Mayfair witches for each heir.
