Would be nice if someone could make it. A hack/cheat so you can always sleep even if the bar is full and eat without getting fat even if your hunger bar is full.

I don't think this is the right place to ask for an 'eat all you want and never get fat' hack. JM tends to make hacks that remove annoyances and things that aren't logical. His solution was to create a hack that stopped sims from eating when they weren't hungry. Making them always stay thin, no matter how much they gorge, is moderately cheaty, and not the sort of thing I've seen JM create.
