Pledge won't move into Greek House

An annoying little bug has surfaced in my game. One of my playable Sims has completed her pledge period at a Greek House, but when her sponsor tries to get her to move in, I get an error claiming that she can't move out because there's a pregnant pet in her household.

What the...?
