Does OFB without NL still have turns and turn off? If not, there's probably not much point. You really can't tell fit from normal when they have their clothes on, and I can barely tell when they have their clothes off. I suppose it could be useful for fat townies, but I've never come across any whos bar was down into the fat section. Will they even overeat?

Yes, the attraction system is active in all post-NL EPs and SPs.

Plus compatibility is claimed for all versions from TS2p0 (The Sims 2 initial release) up to and including XP4p0 (Pets initial release)....

All the time. Half the townies in the game are now fatasses, and it makes it easy to spot who's a lousy employee, as noeatcrap means only SOME sims will pig out.
