strays no more

I have no strays in my game. I had the first time I played. Any hack would be doing that?

I have no idea what could be causing it, but I do hope its a hack as I have had enough of the strays to last me until sims3.

I think I've seen a few to stop the strays from coming, that's why I'm asking.
