If the extra costs are the problem with overnighting into the middle of nowhere, put up a paypal link. I bet you can get the cash you need to get a copy by monday morning. I would toss a few bucks your way just to not hear the GOD DAMNED PHONE RING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!!!
